- You agree not to post misleading, fraudulent, or offensive content.
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any job posting that violates our policies.
- Job listings may be distributed to external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) via API integrations.
3. Candidate Interaction π₯
- Employers must treat all candidates fairly and professionally.
- You agree not to misuse candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment.
- Harassment, discrimination, or solicitation of candidates for non-job-related services is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Usage & Privacy π
- All employer and candidate data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You agree to use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes.
- You must not share, sell, or distribute candidate data without explicit consent.
- We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to monitor platform usage.
5. Service Limitations πΌ
- We do not guarantee candidate placement or hiring outcomes.
- We are not liable for the accuracy of candidate profiles or resumes.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
6. Fees & Payments π³
- Certain services may require payment. All fees must be paid in advance.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

- Employers must comply with all applicable labor laws and data protection regulations.
- You agree not to use our platform for illegal or unethical recruitment practices.
- Use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
