Terms and Conditions for Candidates

1. Eligibility

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in India.
  • Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration and throughout the placement process.

2. Registration & Documentation

  • Candidates must submit valid identification, educational certificates, experience letters, and any other documents requested by the Consultancy.
  • All documents must be authentic. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to authorities.

3. Job Matching & Placement

  • We strive to match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on qualifications, experience, and preferences.
  • Placement is not guaranteed. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
  • Candidates may be required to attend interviews, assessments, or training sessions as part of the placement process.

4. Fees & Charges

  • Registration is free of charge.
  • No hidden charges will be levied.

5. Candidate Conduct

  • Candidates must maintain professional behavior during interactions with the Consultancy and potential employers.
  • Misconduct, absenteeism, or breach of employer policies may result in termination of placement and removal from our database.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • We do not share candidate information with third parties without consent, except as required for placement or legal compliance.

7. Termination & Blacklisting

  • The Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services or blacklist candidates for:
    • Providing false information
    • Unprofessional conduct
    • Breach of these Terms
  • Candidates may request removal from our database at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We not liable for:
    • Employer decisions or actions
    • Workplace disputes
    • Losses incurred due to job termination or rejection
  • We act solely as an intermediary and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

11. Joining Confirmation

  • Upon receiving a job offer or placement confirmation, candidates are encouraged to inform Work Placement Services of their expected joining date.
  • Notification should be made via email, phone, or through our online portal (if applicable), ideally within 3 business days of accepting the offer.
  • This applies to all types of placements, including:
    • Full-time or part-time employment
    • Internships or apprenticeships
    • Freelance or contract-based roles
    • Remote or hybrid positions
  • Timely updates help us:
    • Maintain accurate placement records
    • Coordinate with employers for onboarding support
    • Track candidate progress for future opportunities
  • While not mandatory, failure to inform may limit access to certain premium services or future placement assistance.

12. Post-Interview Feedback

  • Candidates are requested to inform Work Placement Services after attending any interview arranged through our consultancy.
  • This feedback can include:
    • Confirmation of attendance
    • General impressions or concerns
    • Outcome (if known), such as selection status or next steps
  • Updates should be shared immediately after attending the interview via email, phone.
  • This helps us:
    • Track interview progress
    • Provide follow-up support or clarification
    • Improve future matching and preparation
  • While optional, regular communication enhances our ability to support candidates effectively and maintain strong relationships with employers.
